Avasa Hotel

The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the cocktail party—it truly added a vibrant and enjoyable touch to the experience. I also want to commend the Guest Relations team, especially Sayantika, for their warm, guest-centric approach that made a genuine difference during my stay. That said, my first night did come with a few challenges: the air conditioning in my room wasn’t cooling properly, and the wash basin was overflowing. I’m grateful to Night Duty Manager Nohel for his prompt assistance and for offering a swift room change. While such issues ideally should be addressed before a guest’s arrival, I appreciate the team’s responsiveness. Overall, while there is certainly room for improvement in the pre-arrival checks, the service and hospitality shown by the team left a positive impression.

From the hotel ambience to the room stay to the breakfast at PI Restaurant, every tiny thing was taken care and thought about from a guest’s convenience standpoint. All the staff, especially Chef chakri (Head of the kitchen) was outstanding and his care and attitude was beyond my expectations. He prepared a dish (Poha) that was not the menu that day on our request and it was so tastefully prepared, we loved every bite of it. Not only this, staff are so kind surprised by the beautiful dessert with the Bon Voyage message for our onward travel, Thank you so much to Girija And Sayanthika for the wonderful arrangements,Overall an amazing stay experience at Avasa Hyderabad! Would recommend to anyone.

The rooms are large and impeccably clean, lots of amenities, good wifi, excellent breakfast (with a large assortment of Indian, as well as western food, including special stations that cater to individual requests: Omelettes, Pancakes, Dosa and more). Their Happy Hour is another great way to enjoy Indian food and alcohol (on the house, at least in the deal that I got). The staff was very courteous and helpful, especially Noel, in my case..

Spacious room and big bathroom. Lot of choices of food for breakfast (but mostly indian food). Friendly reception staff. Good gym room. 3 restaurants, so you can easily choose where to have dinner not going outside. Beuatiful lobby.

Avasa was a fantastic hotel situated in the mid of the city.. I loved the hotel and staff especially Mr. Tharun, Noel, Surendra,diksha helped a lot from right into check-in and till the departure. Food was delicious especially the biryani and Mekong famous coconut ice cream served by pavan from the restaurant.
